Step into a pivotal role in construction leadership with the Tahltan Nation Development Corporation.

As General

Manager, oversee construction operations and community-focused projects in Vancouver, Dease Lake, Terrace, and Smithers. In this full time position, you’ll be responsible for strategic planning, operational execution, and maintaining TNDC’s commitment to safety and sustainability. With over 10 years of industry experience, you’ll manage complex construction portfolios and foster partnerships to support the Tahltan community.

Your role is crucial in delivering high-quality projects and reinforcing a culture of operational discipline. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the construction operations across diverse projects
- Lead safety initiatives and environmental stewardship




- Collaborate on corporate strategy and growth plans
- Maintain financial oversight and accountability
- Mentor construction managers and build team capacity Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in relevant fields
- 10+ years in heavy civil construction industry
- 5+ years in a senior management capacity
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Leverage your leadership and construction expertise to impact the Tahltan community positively while driving TNDC’s vision of excellence.
