What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.
- Conduct basic maintenance, housekeeping, and cleanup activities throughout the plant.
- Follow established safety procedures, environmental standards, and operating practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain production goals and equipment reliability.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate industrial equipment and follow operating procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve routine equipment issues.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
