This role, starting with a July go-live, emphasizes troubleshooting and assisting users across core modules including Employee Central and Onboarding. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions into operational support. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors post-implementation
- Troubleshoot diverse issues across core modules
- Assist and guide users on system functionalities
- Work with project teams on stabilization efforts
- Promote process optimization initiatives Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Hands-on experience with Employee Central and LMS
- Support experience post-go-live for implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
