Practice Management Consultant *

*Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a Practice Management Consultant.

The Raymond James Practice Management Group is responsible for managing, facilitating and designing programs to improve the profitability and growth of our Financial advisors across Canada. The individual in this role will serve as a primary point-person for conversing with Financial advisors to identify opportunities for improvement within their businesses and provide access to resources available to support them.

The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge of the Financial Services industry, an aptitude for strong customer service, and hold related business application and system experience. Help lead the design and implementation of Practice Management programs to help Financial advisors gain efficiencies and attract more assets;

Lead the delivery of in branch practice management workshops (including partnering with other corporate departments and external partners)

Develop close relationships with Branch Managers and work with them in supporting Financial advisors with practice management best practices;

Partner with the VP, Practice Management in working with select Financial advisor teams opting for more in-depth personalized practice management support;

Act as a trusted partner to Financial advisors by identifying innovative opportunities to enhance business performance and practice growth;

Assist our Financial advisors with identifying the gaps (&/or opportunities) in their businesses and subsequently point them to internal and/or external resources to fill those gaps.

Previous experience in Practice Management and coaching background is preferred;

Proficiency with MS Office, including, at minimum, intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills;

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities, drive execution, and deliver results in a rapid-paced environment;

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to present to large groups including senior management;

Creative thinker with superior oral and written communication skills;

Extremely service minded with strong ability to prioritize projects based on largest business impact at any given time;

Proficiency in French would be an asset; Registered Certified Coaching (RCC) designation or other recognized coaching certifications would be an asset.

110,000 - 120,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
