We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, engaging students in meaningful educational experiences, and supporting their academic growth. This role requires a commitment to Montessori and Reggio teaching and the ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse student needs.

Duties

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative educational environment.
- Organize classroom experiences that encourage student participation and engagement.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a supportive atmosphere that fosters respect, inclusivity,



and motivation among students.

Requirements

- Level 3 ECE from the Government of Alberta
- Valid Police Clearance Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- CPR & First Aid Training
- AHS Food Safety Basic certification
