We are seeking an experienced Principal Guidewire Senior Engineer – Guidewire ClaimCenter to lead large-scale digital claims transformation initiatives for a leading Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance client. This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining architecture, driving Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations, cloud modernization, and enterprise integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the technical leader and SME for Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations, upgrades, and Guidewire Cloud migration initiatives.
- Define enterprise architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Drive claims transformation initiatives, including digital claims and process automation.
- Design integration solutions across ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and third-party platforms.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, solution planning, and estimation.
- Establish engineering excellence through code reviews, DevOps, CI/CD, performance optimization, and cloud best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects,



and executive leadership to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Mentor architects, technical leads, and senior engineers while fostering innovation and technical excellence.

Required Skills

- Extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation and architecture.
- Solid knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance and claims lifecycle.
- Experience with:
- First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
- Claims Intake & Adjudication
- Litigation Management
- Subrogation & Recoveries
- Fraud Detection
- Claims Settlement Processes
- Expertise in Guidewire Cloud, modernization, and upgrade programs.
- Strong experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud engineering, and performance optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Guidewire certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Guidewire transformation programs.
- Strong communication, architecture, and leadership skills.
