ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture LeadershipOwn end‑to‑end solution architecture for complex, cross‑functional initiatives from ideation through realization.

Translate business outcomes, constraints, and priorities into coherent solution designs.

Ensure alignment with portfolio roadmaps and enterprise architecture direction.Application & Integration DesignDefine solution structures, application interactions, and integration patterns.

Ensure consistency with architectural standards, principles, and target‑state direction.Information & Data DesignDefine and validate solution‑level data flows, ownership, quality, and lifecycle considerations.

Ensure information design supports business outcomes, integration, and governance expectations.Technology & Non‑Functional DesignShape solution use of platforms, infrastructure, and environments.

Address non‑functional requirements such as performance, scalability, availability, resilience, and operability.Analysis, Evaluation, and Trade‑offsIdentify architectural risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs.

Provide clear, defensible recommendations supported by analysis and experience.

Contribute to option assessments, high‑level designs, and proofs of concept as required.Collaboration & GovernanceBuild consensus with delivery teams, SMEs, and stakeholders with diverse priorities.

Communicate complex architectural concepts in written, verbal, and presentation formats.

Participate in, contribute to,



and occasionally present at architecture governance forums.Mentorship & Practice ContributionMentor Solution Architects and contribute to continuous improvement of the architecture practice.

Support the evolution of architectural standards, patterns, and reusable assets.Qualifications10+ years designing and delivering complex technology solutions.

Proven experience translating business requirements into end‑to‑end solution architectures.

Experience working within large, complex technology ecosystems, including cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises platforms.

Strong track record of influencing architectural decisions across delivery teams.

Experience across at least two of the following solution‑level domains: application, integration, data, and platform/non‑functional design.

University degree in engineering, computer science, or related quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.

Relevant certifications such as cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI) and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus.

Experience in pension, asset management, or financial services environments is a bonus.

Security or data‑related certifications are a plus.

Benefits and CompensationExpected salary range: $138,000 – $188,000 per year. Eligible for an annual Incentive Award pursuant to the Short‑term Incentive plan and Long‑term Incentive plan, where applicable.

Hybrid work guideline: teams are required to be in the office 4 days per week.
