Your role emphasizes understanding their financial goals through in-depth discovery sessions, while conducting complex banking transactions. Proactive follow-ups and promoting comprehensive products and services will support client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage HNW and UHNW client relationships
- Conduct discovery sessions to align financial goals
- Perform complex banking activities and credit transactions
- Ensure proactive follow-ups meet client expectations
- Analyze credit requests and underwriting according to guidelines Requirements:
- Post-Secondary degree preferred
- 3+ years experience in banking and credit services
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Willingness to pursue PFP or CFP designation
