The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to golfers while supporting daily pro shop operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for members & guests and plays a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient golf experience.

We require candidates who are available to work from mid August to early November 4 to 5 shifts per week including weekends and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities include

- Greet golfers and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Process tee times, green fees, memberships, and retail sales using POS systems
- Answer phones, manage bookings, and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pro shop
- Handle debit and credit transactions accurately
- Enforce course policies and promote pace of play
- Assist with tournaments, leagues, and special events as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area

Qualifications:

- Superior customer service and strong communication skills; Ability to focus attention on members & guest needs in a fast-paced environment while always remaining calm and courteous;
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be reliable and flexible; able to work a variety of shifts (early morning, afternoon, evenings) including weekends, and holidays
- Smart Serve certification is a benefit
- A drivers license or ability to commute where no public transit is available is required

- Part-time seasonal from mid August - mid November
