As a senior member of the engineering team, you will frame and solve complex business problems by designing and helping deploy low-cost, efficient business processes, and providing internal consulting expertise for high-profile strategic and operational business initiatives. This position would particularly suit a consultant or process engineering specialist seeking new opportunities for growth opportunities and direct participation in initiatives with lasting business impact.

With responsibility for projects across all North American operations.



Leads or contributes to process redesign and internal consulting projects across the company Understands business requirements through interviews and facilitated workshops with senior business and technology management Brings creativity and analytical rigor to developing solutions to strategic, operational, technology, and financial issues facing business units Conducts process mapping, analysis, and redesign to drive operational improvements across the organization Develops and delivers presentations to senior executivesBuilds strong cross-functional relationships with business unit management and staff Will travel to North American business offices as necessary Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred 5-10 years of related work experience Demonstrated practical experience in IT or other scientific or engineering discipline Experience with process and quality management methodology, e.g. Energy or prior consulting experience would be an asset
