Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead purchasing and sourcing activities that support efficient business operations. The successful candidate will develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage procurement strategies, and ensure the timely acquisition of quality goods and services while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support operational and project requirements.

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

- Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance to ensure consistent service and reliability.

- Oversee purchasing activities, contracts, and procurement documentation in compliance with company policies.

- Collaborate with operations, finance, and project teams to forecast purchasing needs and maintain inventory levels.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvements in procurement processes.

- Monitor market trends,



supplier risks, and industry developments to support strategic purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and procurement best practices.

- Experience using ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Solid communication and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.

- Professional procurement certification (e.g., SCMP, CPSM, or equivalent) is considered an asset.

Pay: $7,500.00-$9,833.00 per month
