Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement: Develop and execute procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, supplier performance, and business value.

Supplier Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with key vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure service excellence.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop procurement professionals while promoting collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Contract Management: Oversee the full procurement lifecycle,



including sourcing, contract negotiations, renewals, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Budget and Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards and supporting organizational objectives.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate procurement processes, implement best practices, and enhance operational efficiency through data-driven decision making.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, inventory, and leadership teams to align procurement activities with business priorities.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 8+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a procurement leadership or people management role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Commerce, or a related discipline. Professional procurement certifications are considered an asset.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of procurement systems, contract management, strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, inventory planning, and purchasing best practices.

Leadership: Demonstrated success leading procurement teams, developing talent, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving, financial analysis, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.

Pay: $88,239.00-$123,900.00 per year
