The Opportunity

As a Procurement Specialist, Sourcing and Systems,



you will be a key member of Superhuman’s procurement team—a function that has been operating for five years and is now investing in the next generation of tooling, automation, and AI to do more with less. You’ll own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for a diverse set of internal teams, from initial vendor evaluation through contract close and renewal, while actively driving improvements to how the team operates.

In This Role, You Will

- Drive end-to-end procurement activities across cloud services, professional services, and SaaS tools - managing up to 40+ concurrent procurement activities
- Negotiate price and contract terms directly with vendors and suppliers, achieving meaningful cost savings and favorable conditions
- Partner closely with Support, People, Finance, Legal, and Strategy & Operations teams to understand business needs and deliver procurement
