We are seeking a creative and passionate designer to join our team. You will work with our product, engineering and operations teams to create exceptional, user-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable working through ambiguity, complex data visualization, meticulous in their attention to detail, self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. Guide cross-functional teams through the design process, ensuring the successful implementation of new features and functionalities across multiple platforms.

Illustrate and present creative solutions that enhance user experience; effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders.

Support user experience research, share findings, and integrate insights into product development to continually refine user interactions.

Design System Management: Work within, expand, and maintain a comprehensive and efficient design system, ensuring consistency and quality in design outputs.

Proven Experience: 8+ years experience, with at least 3 years of UI/UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience.

Design Mastery: Proficient in design principles and best practices,



including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography.

Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make decisions under uncertainty, and move projects forward even in the face of ambiguity.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong adaptability to changing business needs with a knack for building and optimizing processes.

Remote Work Adaptability: Comfort with remote work environments, demonstrating the ability to stay productive and connected with the team irrespective of physical location.

UX Research Leadership: Experience in leading or participating in user experience research, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to derive actionable insights from user interactions.





Experience working closely with front-end developers, along with a basic understanding of front-end technologies. Knowledgeable in cross-platform design principles for web, iOS, and Android, ensuring seamless user experiences across all platforms.

An interest in or experience with health and wellness technologies suggests a passion for leveraging technology to improve personal and community health outcomes.
