Role Overview
TAC Security is transitioning from multiple standalone cybersecurity products into a unified, platform-first offering. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead this phantomization initiative and deliver a seamless, one-click premium experience across Socify, ESOF CASA integrations, Cyberscope, and AppSec.
This role owns the end-to-end product vision, UX, and execution to enable unified access, subscriptions, and cross-product growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Strategy & Vision
- Define and drive the platformization roadmap for TAC Security
- Transition products from siloed solutions to a single unified platform
- Own the single-login, single-subscription experience
- Customer Experience & UX
- Design best-in-class UX flows for:
- One-click subscription & activation
- Cross-product discovery and upgrades
- Eliminate friction across onboarding, access, and billing
- Ensure consistent UX standards across all security products
- Cross-Product Integration
- Enable ESOF CASA clients to discover and activate Socify Premium
- Bundle Cyberscope Premium with Socify + AppSec
- Define entitlements, access rules, and premium tiers
- Product-Led Growth
- Build upsell and cross-sell mechanisms within the platform
- Define pricing tiers, packaging, and premium plans
- Drive higher revenue per customer through platform adoption
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- UX / Design for intuitive user journeys
- Engineering on platform architecture and integrations
- Sales & GTM on pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Act as the single point of ownership for platform outcomes
- Metrics & Outcomes
- Define and track KPIs such as:
- Premium activation rate
- Cross-product adoption
- Conversion from free to premium
- Customer satisfaction (UX)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS / B2B platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- Subscription models
- Platform products
- Entitlement & billing systems
- Excellent UX sensibility (can think like a designer)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business problems into product solution
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience with M&A; product integrations
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) model
Success Criteria (First 6–12 Months)
- Unified platform experience live
- One-click premium subscription enabled
- Cross-product visibility across Socify, ESOF CASA, Cyberscope, AppSec
- Measurable increase in premium adoption and revenue per customer
- Clear platform positioning for TAC Security in the market
