What you will do The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping solutions that meet our clients’ business objectives while championing an accessible, user centered experience. This role leads the planning and evolution of our product roadmaps, ensuring accessibility is embedded into every stage of design and development. Working closely with customers, business partners, and technical teams, the Product Manager conducts user research, defines product vision, and translates insights into actionable requirements.

They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish transparent technical and functional specifications, prioritize the product backlog, and guide agile teams in delivering high quality, modern digital solutions. This role is also responsible for sustaining and continuously improving the end to end customer experience, ensuring our products not only meet expectations but set new standards for usability, accessibility, and innovation. What you need to succeed Education - Successful completion of a post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, information management or a related field, OR an acceptable combination of education, training, or experience.

- Experience working in Information Technology projects or supporting operational systems;
