What You’ll Accomplish With Us



Define the product vision by setting objectives aligned with user needs and strategic directions, and communicate it to teams and stakeholders



Manage the product backlog by creating, structuring, and prioritizing user stories, defects, and enhancements



Prioritize needs based on value, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations



Collaborate closely with the development team by clarifying requirements and participating in Agile ceremonies



Validate deliverables by ensuring acceptance criteria, user expectations, and quality standards are met



Act as the main liaison with stakeholders by gathering needs, managing expectations, and communicating progress



Support decision-making by leveraging data and user feedback



Monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust the product strategy accordingly

We’re looking for someone who:





Is known for their experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager,



or in a similar role



Stands out for their strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)



Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills



Is recognized for their understanding of IT concepts



Has a robust customer focus and is able to anticipate and manage needs to ensure optimal satisfaction



Is distinguished by their leadership, strategic vision, and ability to act as a change agent



Is able to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and manage stress



Demonstrates curiosity, autonomy, a solution-oriented approach, and is recognized as a team player



Intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves daily communication via email and Teams with English-speaking external partners, as well as with developers who are primarily unilingual English speakers.
