Advantage Personnel is seeking reliable Construction/Production Workers in Chesterville, ON for a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will read assembly instructions, perform quality control, verify parts fit, test products, and uphold safety standards on every shift.
Working Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm, with weekly pay, paid training, overtime after 44 hours, and vacation pay accrual. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs, wear CSA-approved boots, and work effectively in a team.
