Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Production Support Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise risk platform. This role focuses on L3 production support, incident management, platform stability, and data operations in a quick-paced enterprise environment.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of Production Support, L3 Support, or Platform Engineering experience

- Java & Spring Boot

- Oracle SQL

- Kafka or JMS

- REST APIs & Microservices

- OpenShift/Kubernetes

- GitHub/Bitbucket & CI/CD

- ServiceNow

- AppDynamics, Splunk, or ELK

- Data lineage, data quality, and data reconciliation

Nice to Have

- Angular or React

- Data Lake experience

- MongoDB or Couchbase

- Enterprise Risk or Financial Services experience

- Exposure to GenAI or Agentic AI applications

Key Responsibilities

- Lead L3 production support and resolve complex production incidents.





- Monitor application health, data pipelines, and platform performance.

- Troubleshoot issues across Java services, Oracle databases, Kafka, and REST APIs.

- Coordinate production releases and support CI/CD processes.

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure platform stability.

- Drive operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in large enterprise or financial services environments is preferred.
