Make a difference with Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada as a Program Coordinator. Lead mentorship, engage families, and support students in their recovery journey. This role focuses on delivering excellent leadership within the In-Residence Program, reporting to the Campus Manager.

The Program

Coordinator will provide one-on-one mentorship, develop curriculum, and maintain family communication. You’ll track student progress and ensure adherence to program standards, all while embodying the ministry’s faith-based values. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide weekly mentorship sessions for assigned students
- Track and record mentorship details on provided systems
- Teach curriculum and create learning plans as required
- Communicate weekly student progress to families
- Organize program events and ensure compliance Requirements:
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain ministry credentials
- Ability to mentor students and lead by example
- Valid driver's license Support students through their recovery while exemplifying leadership, compassion, and faith.
