Job Title: Program Manager (IT Staffing)

To manage Pyramid’s enterprise customer engagement nationwide. Manage Pyramid’s Client Services and Sales teams directly and indirectly. To spearhead and liaison with Business Development Teams to grow Pyramid’s Contingent Labor and SOW footprint at customer.

This role will serve as the primary program lead responsible for managing relationships with the end client and its Managed Service Provider (MSP), driving delivery excellence, ensuring operational compliance, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Ideal candidate will possess strong program management, stakeholder management, and workforce solutions experience, with a proven track record of managing enterprise MSP/VMS programs and executive-level client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

MSP Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary Program Manager for the assigned Client/MSP account, building solid relationships with MSP Program Managers, Talent Advisors, Client Hiring Managers, and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive business reviews to discuss performance, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Program Management:

- Oversee end-to-end client services operations supporting contingent workforce hiring across multiple business units.
- Partner closely with Client Success Managers (CSMs), Delivery Managers, Recruiting Teams, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve recruiting efficiency, submission quality, interview ratios, fill rates, and overall program performance.

Business Development & Strategic Growth

- Identify opportunities to expand existing staffing categories and increase Pyramid's share of business.
- Build strategic relationships with Client and MSP leadership to support long-term account growth.




- Identify and pursue Statement of Work (SOW), project-based staffing, and other strategic workforce opportunities.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

- Own program governance, operational processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and internal/external scorecards.
- Partner with Compliance, Audit, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to client policies, MSP requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

- 7–10 years of experience in Program Management, Client Services, Strategic Account Management, or Workforce Solutions.
- Experience managing large enterprise staffing programs (especially Big Tech) through MSP/VMS environments.
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce management and staffing operations.

COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 with a potential earning opportunity of up to 120K. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
