We are looking for a proactive and organised Programme Operations Executive to support the implementation and day-to-day operations of a digital programme focused on health and lifestyle outcomes.

You will play an significant role in participant engagement, programme tracking, troubleshooting support, and administrative coordination.

You will play an important role in participant engagement, programme tracking, troubleshooting support, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the management of participant cohorts, including tracking enrolment, participation status, and programme milestones





- Maintain accurate records of onboarding, progress, and engagement

- Manage and resolve escalated enquiries from participants and programme partners relating to processes, rewards, and programme matters

- Coordinate logistics for recruitment, implementation activities, pilot touchpoints, and follow-ups

- Provide first-line support for the digital platform and basic troubleshooting assistance to users

- Serve as a liaison between programme partners and route enquiries to the appropriate stakeholders

- Support administrative documentation related to the programme

- Assist with execution of basic marketing initiatives and preparation of participant communications such as emails, reminders, and messages

- Track engagement metrics and support ad hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth programme delivery

Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting digital platforms, programmes, or pilot projects

- Familiarity with health applications, wearable devices, or digital onboarding processes

- Exposure to healthcare, public sector, or service operations environments is a plus
