- Position Title: Project Architect
- Working Location: Chinatown
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $8,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and coordinate closely with consultants
- Oversee design development and ensure smooth implementation
- Manage client relationships and ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections when required
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution
- Support project documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks
- At least 5 years of local project management experience
- Robust capabilities in design development and detailing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (BOA recognised)
- BOA registration is an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and/or ArchiCAD
