Our Canada based learning and development agency client is looking to start a remote T4, Project Coordinator ASAP.

- Preferred Start Date: ASAP, around August 24 – 31.
- Hours: Full-time, up to 37.5 per week
- Duration: 4 months to start, with potential to extend to 6 months
- Candidates must be Canada based and provide their own laptop for this assignment.

Project Coordinator

Project Coordinators: strong organization, ability to run projects end-to-end, comfortable in a fast-shifting environment; mindset/personality (type-A, assertive, client-facing) is as important as years of experience. Familiarity with project-management tools (OnePlan preferred; moving from Asana) and scheduling is required.

Project Coordinators will be assigned to multiple projects and will own a specific set of projects while staying in sync with the overarching project management team.

- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing qualified, responsive, and proactive communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with internal teams and clients, including preparing agendas, documenting action items, and following up on next steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track and deliverables are completed on time.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables,



proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates with exceptional attention to detail.
- Track project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure all tasks are completed according to plan.
- Manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Ensure all client requests, project changes, and communications are documented and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience.

- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, OnePlan) and Microsoft Office, DropBox and Slack Workspaces.
