The role:
Reporting to an Associate, the Project Director is a seasoned professional who enjoys leading projects, building client relationships and mentoring multidisciplinary teams. What they seek:
An OAA registered architect with 10+ years experience managing architectural projects of various sizes Robust 5+ years experience in industrial and commercial projects Advanced Revit and BIM; proven track record of working with multiple competing stakeholders
Ability to manage budgets, schedules and client expectations Excellent with Revit and BIM workflows Ability to coordinate closely with internal and external teams, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to drive project progress.
Ability to resolve issues, anticipate risk and improve processes and standards as required Strong understanding of building code and construction practices; open to occasional travel Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex project challenges
