Civil Project Engineer (P.will report to the Project Manager, Engineering, and will have a wide range of duties which ultimately focus on the review and preparation of technical deliverables for clients on Land Development and Linear Infrastructure projects. You will be part of a team that provides solutions in a diverse range of engineering, including Municipal, Transportation, Environmental, Drainage, and Stormwater Management. Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with our Planning and Engineering teams on a variety of land development and linear infrastructure projects Be responsible for the successful delivery of civil engineering projects including: Lot Grading Plans, Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) Developments, Site Plan Control Applications, and Residential Subdivisions Prepare and review technical deliverables including stormwater management designs and reports and functional servicing studies Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare and review detailed engineering drawings Apply technical modelling software such as Visual OTTHYMO, PCSWMM,
and HEC-RAS Provide on-site technical review and general review certification when required Prepare and review project cost estimates and bid documentation and perform bid evaluation Coordinate project needs with the Project Manager, Discipline Manager, clients, regulatory entities, vendors, and subcontractors Eng. in Ontario in a Civil Engineering role You have robust knowledge in stormwater management, site servicing, and water resources engineering You have experience completing Municipal Class EA Planning process You have solid computer skills with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and technical modelling software You are willing to travel periodically as needed The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering.
