You will handle complex repairs while mentoring junior techs and helping us bridge the gap between field operations and office workflow.Key Responsibilities:Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshooting and repairing fan coils and heat pumps (vertical/horizontal) within high-rise environments.Leadership & Mentorship: Providing technical support and on-site training to our junior technicians to help them level up.Customer Excellence:
