Drive impactful church multiplication efforts with One Mission Society as an Associate Church Multiplication Facilitator. Successfully combine your training skills and prayer life to support church leaders globally, especially in Africa.
As an ACMF, your primary role will be supporting a Village Church Planting Supervisor to promote church planting across regions such as Africa, Asia, and more. You will provide guidance, training, and prayer support while managing a committed spiritual life. International travel 1-2 times per year will be required to execute the mission's objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cast vision and encourage church planting initiatives
• Train and support local leaders in effective ministry




• Actively provide prayer support and encouragement
• Assist with establishing accountability for church growth
• Conduct regular follow-up visits for support
Requirements:
• Prior ministry experience is highly regarded
• Solid desire to support leaders through care
• Committed to a vibrant prayer life
• Flexibility for international travel 1-2 times a year
• Engaged in an evangelical church community
