This role requires strong experience in Retail Banking, system requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. You will be responsible for leading solution design, producing functional documentation, and contributing to project delivery across full implementation cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess business needs, perform gap analyses, and document detailed business and system requirementsFacilitate meetings ranging from small workgroups to large stakeholder sessions for requirements gathering, design discussions, decision-making, and implementation planningLead design phases and determine the optimal mix of configurations, application development, and third-party integrations to meet business objectivesDevelop detailed functional specifications, user stories, test cases, and configuration documentationCollaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution alignmentCreate transparent and effective visual documentation including process flows and diagramsProvide support as a backup to the Scrum Master as neededContribute to Regulatory or Mainframe project efforts where applicableTechnical ProfileStrong working knowledge of Retail Banking platforms and domain processesExperience with project collaboration and documentation tools: JIRA, Confluence,
