- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP certified
- Takes initiative and can operate with minimal direction
- Comfortable driving conversations and facilitating meetings

Responsibilities:
- You bridge the gap between technology and business, leveraging your expertise to deliver transformative solutions that enhance efficiency, optimize performance and drive growth.
- Define project scope, objectives, project plans, including detailed timeline and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, project team meetings and reviews to maintain project momentum and address roadblocks.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog ensuring tasks are well defined and monitored.
- Help support the implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes minimizing disruption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to identify and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives based on business needs and strategic goals.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, SAFe with extensive experience in Jira.
- You will work with cross-functional teams leads on a day-to-day basis, analyzing and streamlining existing finance processes, such as Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory, etc. to identify opportunities for improvement and execute them.
- Drive the creation of disciplined process best-practices through governance models, templates, policies, tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with finance business leaders, IT partners, and other cross-functional teams.
- Effectively communicate complex project information, status updates, risks, and changes to diverse audience.
- Leverage AI modules and stay abreast of new technologies and tools to enhance and optimize performance.
- Represent the EBS community on projects and processes to support strategic objectives.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent recurrence.
