About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated track record in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Lean Construction methodologies. Qualifications - CET, P.Eng., or equivalent combination of education and relevant construction experience - Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead PM role - Demonstrated experience delivering projects using IPD or collaborative delivery models - Experience with Lean Construction methodologies, including Last Planner® (formal certification is an asset) - Strong understanding of building envelope systems, pre‑engineered buildings, and design‑build contracts - Experience managing construction crews and trade partners in both public and private sector contexts - Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication, relationship management, and team-oriented leadership skills
