Project Manager - Product Change Leader Avionics Do you have experience in project management, program management, or change management? The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking an A220 Project Manager - Product Change Leader (PCL) Avionics to join our A220 Program Management team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), reporting to the Systems PDT teams. You will be part of the A220 Program Development team within the Systems perimeter, tasked with steering all developments for the A220 aircraft's onboard systems.
As the A220 Product Change Leader (PCL) Avionics, your role will be to drive a strategic evolution of the A220's avionics to meet core customer needs. The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is headquartered in Mirabel, in the greater Montreal area, where the vibrant city of Montreal is just a stone’s throw away. Configuration Management: Act as a cornerstone within our configuration management program, evolving our methods for managing complex changes in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree or diploma in management/engineering, or 15 years of equivalent experience (PMP certification is an asset)
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product development
- You are a seasoned project or program leader with a "bridge-builder" mindset
- You thrive in the aerospace sector and have proven experience managing complex, long-term technical projects
- You don't just follow a plan—you anticipate risks, influence stakeholders, and deliver results that exceed the high expectations of our global customers
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Planisware (an asset)
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
