Project Manager – Ground-Up ICI Construction

Location: GTA

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + bonus, advantages, and RRSP

Our client, a well-established general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project risks, financial performance, quality, and safety.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
- Strong experience delivering ground-up ICI projects.
- Proven knowledge of contracts, cost control, scheduling, and construction operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related education preferred.
