CAPREIT seeks an Associate Property Manager in Montreal to lead our frontline team, foster resident satisfaction, and oversee leasing from inquiry to move-in. You will manage administration, payments, property inspections and resident moves with a focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years in leasing or property management, a high school diploma, robust MS Office skills (SAP a plus), excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings/weekends when required.
