We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Flexible schedules are available, including part-time, full time, and casual positions.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Remind clients to take medications (as permitted by care plans).
- Accompany clients to appointments and community outings.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team.
- Deliver care with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
