This role supports ongoing Infor upgrade initiatives and production operations across HR and Finance systems within a provincial public sector environment. The position includes technical analysis, application development, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and production support for Infor and Lawson applications. The workplace includes Infor Talent Management, Global HR, Lawson Finance S3, Workforce Management, LBI, Smart Office, Infor Process Designer, d/EPM, and COBOL. Work is assigned on an as-needed basis across application support and upgrade-related activities.

Must Haves

- 5+ years supporting Infor Application Suite across Infor and Lawson applications
- Technical analysis , application development , troubleshooting , testing , and production support for HR and Finance systems
- Infor Talent Management , Global HR , Lawson Finance S3 , Workforce Management , LBI , Smart Office , Infor Process Designer , d/EPM , or COBOL
- Infor upgrade projects , regression testing , UAT support , break/fix support , and interface development/support
- 10+ years in software development or programmer/analyst roles

- Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams




- Experience providing architectural recommendations

Responsibilities

- Analyze, design, develop, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and support Infor applications
- Provide technical assistance for ongoing Infor upgrade activities
- Investigate and resolve application, configuration, integration, and legacy system issues
- Support inbound and outbound system interfaces and middleware integrations
- Develop test plans and test cases
- Create and maintain technical and operational documentation
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call support when required
