By fostering strong relationships, coordinating activities, and ensuring timely execution, he/she will contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall project success.
Duties/Responsibilities Manage project timelines and ensure key deadlines are met; Coordinate the review and approval process for technical submittals; Collaborate with the Engineering Team to prepare and manage technical documentation; Review project plans and specifications and provide technical support to customers and project teams; Coordinate manufacturing orders, supplier activities, and delivery schedules; Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including scope of supply and costing; Identify, clarify, and resolve technical requirements and issues with customers; Assist customers in optimizing designs and developing specifications that align with our product offering; Support sales and project management teams by processing customer orders and facilitating timely approval of shop drawing submittals; Maintain knowledge of products and competitors, conduct competitive analyses, and support product promotion through demonstrations and technical presentations. Required Skills/Abilities Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Experience in Applications Engineering, Sales and Project Management; Good knowledge of English & French (written and spoken). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines; Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
