The Managing Director will be responsible for leading transactions from start to finish, including origination, structuring, due diligence, negotiation and closing of recent investment opportunities. As Managing Director, you will provide coverage to clients and work closely with a variety of internal partners including BMO Sponsor Finance, BMO Technology & Innovation Banking and BMO Diversified Industries Group.
