Functions

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the business and make sure teams have what they need to succeed
- Help managers and employees work together effectively while maintaining a high level of service for customers
- Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to meet customer and project demands
- Look for ways to improve efficiency, solve problems, and make operations run more smoothly
- Support project and service teams in managing workloads, timelines, and resources




- Track results and take action when performance is not meeting expectations
- Hire, coach, and develop team members while helping build future leaders within the organization
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Create a positive and accountable work workplace where people enjoy coming to work and performing at their best
- Work closely with the leadership team

Requirements

- Development vs Maintenance: N/A
- Road vs Office: 20% vs 80%
- Languages: French and English (written and spoken)
- Education: Diploma in Industrial engineering is an asset
- Training: On the job training provided
- Overnight Travel: 10%
- Years of experience: At least 7 years in the role of Operations Director
- Other requirements: Great at priority management
