Position Details Department: Finance Location: 800 Kipling Avenue, Toronto – On-site Term Length: 8 months Year of Study: 3rd or 4th year preferred Salary: The hourly rate for this position is $20.78-$25.67 per hour. Final rate offered will vary based on prior co-op/work experience, years of study completed, relevant skills, and internal equity considerations. Many students return for additional co-op terms or transition into full-time roles. How You Will Make An Impact The finance team at our Toronto location supports the Canadian and international subsidiaries for customer billing and collections, supplier payments and financial reporting. The successful candidate will support the Director of Business Decision Support & Financial Performance. This opportunity involves responsibilities including but not limited to: Prepare and input data to appropriate business and accounting systems such as SAP Run financial reports from SAP Assist in the preparation of the board report Provide various types of financial support such as reconciliations, maintaining records, and processing updates to databases Perform administrative tasks and calculations Prepare purchase requisitions to order materials, supplies, and/or equipment Assist with mail coordination and delivery Assist with filing Perform other duties as required What You Need To Succeed Currently enrolled in a post-secondary undergraduate Accounting, Finance, or Business program, requiring a co-op placement and returning to full-time studies after the work term(s) High level of initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication,
