The Psychogeriatric Resource

Consultant will collaborate across long-term care homes and acute settings to deliver clinical insights and training. Emphasis will be on system capacity enhancement and hands-on consultation. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead specialized clinical consultations across various healthcare sectors
- Utilize BSO’s knowledge-to-practice framework effectively
- Provide coaching and mentorship to healthcare teams




- Support quality improvement initiatives in geriatric care
- Represent BSO in qualified forums and collaborations Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health care; Master's preferred
- Relevant Geriatric Mental Health Certifications an asset
- Proven clinical expertise in mental health and dementia
