Hastings District Council's Building and Property team is seeking a proactive Project Officer to lead capital and renewal projects for buildings and public spaces identified in our Long Term and Asset Management Plans.
You will manage project delivery, ensuring compliance with Council policies and best-practice project management principles, while collecting asset data, preparing tender documentation and supervising contracts as the Engineer’s Representative.
