We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchasing and Logistics Manager to lead all logistics, warehousing, inventory control, procurement, and material deployment activities supporting telecommunications infrastructure projects throughout Canada and the United States. This position will be based out of our head office in Bedford, Nova Scotia with travel to various sites as required.

Reporting to the Vice President, Internal Resources, this position is responsible for ensuring the effective movement of materials, equipment, tools, and supplies required for telecommunications network construction, fibre deployments, wireless infrastructure installations, and related field operations. This position works closely with project managers and field crews to ensure project sites receive the right materials at the right time while maintaining operational efficiency across multiple warehouse locations.

The successful candidate will oversee warehouse operations, manage warehouse personnel, coordinate temporary warehousing solutions,



support new site mobilization, and drive inventory accuracy and procurement effectiveness across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Logistics & Project Support

- Lead all logistics operations supporting telecommunications infrastructure projects across Canada and the United States.
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Construction Teams to ensure materials, equipment, and tools are delivered to project sites on schedule.
- Develop and manage logistics plans to support fibre optic construction and other telecommunications infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate transportation, freight, courier services, and material transfers between warehouses, vendors, and project sites.
