You will join an AI-focused team dedicated to evolving the enterprise architecture function through automation, lightweight applications, and generative AI. You will work directly with users to deliver practical, secure, and high-impact solutions for a major organization.

Turn loosely defined business needs into practical AI products and tools that improve productivity and support scalable governance.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Partnering with senior technologists to identify automation opportunities

- Building internal tools, dashboards, and applications using AI-assisted development

- Creating reusable workflows, agents, and integrations

- Reviewing AI-generated code for security, quality, and maintainability

- Rapid prototyping and continuous iteration based on user feedback

- Enabling non-developers to safely create their own solutions

- Translating GenAI trends, risks, and patterns into governance tools

Your future team:

You will work within an AI enablement team focused on automation, governance, and productivity.

Your profile:

- 7 to 10 years of Python experience

- 1 to 2 years of AI experience or practical familiarity with generative AI

- Experience building APIs, automations, or web applications

- Daily and responsible use of AI coding assistants

- Ability to review, debug, and improve AI-generated code

- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments

- Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders

- Knowledge of architecture principles, standards, and guardrails is an asset
