The Canadian Tire FP&A; team plays a critical role in enabling strong financial performance in an evolving retail environment. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A; Petroleum & Partnerships, you will partner closely with the Petroleum team to understand results, deliver actionable insights, and influence business decisions. This role combines financial analysis, business partnering, and storytelling with a solid focus on process improvement, automation, and building scalable FP&A; tools that enhance the quality and efficiency of our deliverables. Manage and take ownership of the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting process by collaborating with the Petroleum business and other functional groups across the organization Translate complex financial information into clear, insightful commentary for financial and non-financial stakeholders Identify financial risks and opportunities and support long-term outlook planning aligned to strategic priorities Build and enhance financial models that enable faster, more reliable, and more insightful analysis Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting, forecasting, and month-end processes What you bring
