As an experienced Project Manager, you will oversee project execution from planning to completion. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, budgets, schedules, and operational performance to ensure project success. Collaborate closely with superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project execution, including planning and resource management
• Manage financial performance and cost control throughout projects
• Develop and monitor project schedules to meet key milestones
• Provide leadership to project teams and subcontractors
• Maintain all project documentation, ensuring compliance and quality standards
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in foundations and heavy civil projects
• Solid knowledge of project controls and financial management
• Proficiency with construction management software and Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
