Interview: Face-to-Face Required (L1 and/or Client Interview)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Quality Engineering initiatives across applications and platforms
- Design and implement automation frameworks using Robot Framework
- Drive UI, API, functional, and regression test automation
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to implement Shift-Left testing
- Mentor QA engineers and promote automation best practices

Required Skills

- 6-7+ years of Quality Engineering / Software Testing experience
- 2-3+ years as a QE Lead or Test Lead
- Robust hands-on experience with Robot Framework
- Proficiency in Python
- UI Automation using Selenium and/or Playwright
- API Testing using REST APIs, Postman, or Python Requests
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, Jira, or TestRail
