Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst with 4–6 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial accounting. The ideal candidate will support business decisions through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Support Financial Accounting, Financial Operations, Transaction Accounting, and General Ledger (GL) Reporting .
- Develop financial dashboards and management reports using Advanced Excel.
- Partner with Finance and business teams to improve reporting and financial processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Financial Reporting, or Corporate Finance.




- CPA designation completed or in progress (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Operations, Transaction Accounting, and General Ledger (GL).
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Lookup functions, financial models).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics 365, or similar is an asset.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
