Join The Bridge as a Recovery Care Worker supporting our addiction programs at night. Ensure the safety and emotional well-being of participants within a dedicated team environment. This role at The Bridge Youth & Family Services focuses on creating a safe and clean environment for our program participants.
Recovery Care
Workers will work part-time nocturnal shifts, delivering client-centered services and demonstrating excellent time management and crisis management skills. A diploma in Human Services or related field is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor participant well-being during overnight shifts
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in program homes
- Support participants during recovery processes
- Collaborate with team members on care plans
- Engage in effective crisis management as needed Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Services or similar
- Six months of relevant experience
- Valid Food Secure Certificate preferred
- Criminal Record Search in compliance
- COVID-19 vaccination documentation required Support individuals' recovery journeys as part of The Bridge team in the Okanagan.
