Your primary responsibilities include managing sensitive records, compiling activity statistics, and performing system audits. In this role, you’ll facilitate access management while collaborating with IT consultants to enhance system functionality. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal information using HIFIS effectively
- Maintain user access lists for secure data handling
- Compile statistics and generate informative reports
- Conduct system audits to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with IT to streamline workflows Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in records management technology
- Minimum of one year experience with HIFIS
- Two to three years in records management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Crystal Reports
